ICUMSA 45 (bright white, ≤45 colour units) is the international food-grade benchmark — required by confectionery, beverage, and food manufacturing buyers. India's modern sugar mills can produce pharmaceutical-grade white sugar. Packed in 25/50kg PP bags or 1MT big bags. Strong demand from Middle East food manufacturers.

Unrefined cane sugar retaining all natural molasses — rich in iron (11mg/100g), potassium, and antioxidants. Certified organic jaggery is a high-growth export to EU, USA, and Australia health food markets. Available as blocks (traditional), powder (easy-use), and liquid jaggery (food manufacturing). Kolhapur jaggery has GI status.

Coconut Sugar (Coconut Palm Sugar)
Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka
Made from coconut palm flower sap — lower glycaemic index (GI 35) than cane sugar (GI 65). Naturally contains inulin (dietary fibre) which slows glucose absorption. Growing rapidly as a premium sugar substitute in EU and USA health food retail. Crystal form preferred by Western consumers. Certified organic and non-GMO versions available.
