India is world's #2 sesame exporter. Natural (unhulled) and hulled white sesame are the main export forms. Japanese sesame market demands very high purity (99.99% minimum). Sesame lignans (sesamol, sesamin) are valued for antioxidant properties. 50–55% oil content. Also: black sesame, roasted sesame, and tahini-grade.

Saurashtra produces India's finest bold export peanuts (40/50, 50/60 count grades). Aflatoxin contamination is the #1 barrier to EU/USA markets — our lots are aflatoxin-tested (<4 ppb EU limit). Available: bold raw, blanched (steam blanched), roasted, peanut butter (OEM), groundnut oil, and de-oiled cake (protein-rich feed).

Rajasthan is India's mustard belt. Key quality parameter: erucic acid content (≤2% edible grade; >2% industrial). Yellow mustard for Western condiment market. Black/brown for Indian cooking and pickle industry. Kachi Ghani (cold-pressed) mustard oil is the premium export form with characteristic pungency.

India's key differentiator: non-GMO soybean attracting 15–20% premium from Japan and EU which restrict GMO produce. MP is India's 'Soy State'.
