Capsicum (Bell Pepper) — Red, Yellow & Green

India exports all three colours of bell pepper — green (unripe, firm), red (fully ripe, sweet), and yellow (semi-ripe, mild). Kolar (Karnataka) and Shimla hills are key growing regions.
